1. The scene is longer than it may appear in the script, since most of it has no dialogue. It begins with Biglips standing out on the road. He lights a smoke and says his line, when an unnamed member of the 4F (A-ko) comes running down the road and flattens him. We then cut to the alien starship.
2. There are two more scenes of Biglips getting flattened by the 4F, then he makes his final report to the Captain. Of the original, handwritten script, only the last page still exists (containing the final narration), so the exact lines of this scene are unknown. Biglips reports on his difficulties, and the angered Captain orders him to beam up at once.

5. The Captain raves a bit more, and Biglips starts shooting, and the bridge starts exploding. The sequence of destruction in the original draft differs somewhat from the final version, limited to what I had at the time and quality of the copy. The actual destruction of the planet was the scene from \bThe Supergal\b of MaliceÆs home planet blowing up, with the shot of her and the others watching it explode clipped out. It was the ôperfectö shot, and I greatly regretted not having an SP copy to work with for the final version.
